“I Gotta Go” writing contest
MSU, in partnership with Lesli Wang and Free2GoMobility, is giving away two Free2Go Rollators in honor of Myositis Awareness month! We are so excited to be able to hold this giveaway as we know how much our members living with the different forms of myositis value their independence. In our conversations with Lesli, inventor of the device and CEO of Free2Go Mobility, we can just feel her passion and love for helping people with muscle disease. She is kind enough to donate these two to show her commitment to our community. In addition, she is offering 15% off plus free shipping on the purchase of a Free2Go Rollator and seat cover through the end of June to all MSU members!

“I gotta go!” It will tickle your creativity! Please write a paragraph (Click Compose) telling us the first place you would visit (after you feel safe about COVID-19, of course!) with the security of the Free2Go Rollator. Be creative! Tell us a story about where you would go, who you would go with, and what it would mean to you to be able to use the restroom with the Free2Go Rollator for safety! Submit your entry by clicking COMPOSE, and sharing your paragraph under the “I gotta go” category. The entry with the most reactions wins a Free2Go Rollator! “I gotta go” entries are due by May 15, 2021. Winners to be announced live on Facebook in late May. Good luck!
How to Enter
To enter, register for your free account. After registration, you will receive an email to verify it’s you. Be sure to check your junk/spam folders. (Or, if you are already registered, log in)
Log in and click the Compose button (located in several areas of the site), click Story. Add a title, short description, and your paragraph. Select the “I Gotta Go” category, and include a photo as well! Tags are optional.
How to Vote

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older (the “Entrant”). Sponsors, Members of the Board of Directors, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (the “Promotion Entities”), are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. All entrants enter the contest at their own risk. All entrants, their heirs, and assigns hold Myositis Support and Understanding and Free2Go Mobility harmless from any liability stemming from this contest. In order to enter the “I gotta go!” creative writing contest entrants must have or create a free account on MyositisLIFE.org. Written entries for the “I gotta go!” creative writing contest must be the author’s own work. Family members are welcome to submit entries to win a Free2Go Rollator for their loved one living with myositis. The “I gotta go!” creative writing contest winner will be determined by the most “reactions” gathered on MyositisLIFE.org during the contest period. Entrants and their family members may enter both writing contest and random drawing, and there is no limit to how many entries a person, family, or household can submit but for fairness, sponsors can only issue one “win” per person, household, or family. Once the winner of the “I gotta go!” creative writing contest is tallied and determined, that person’s (and those of their family members’/household members’) entries in the random drawing will be removed from the random drawing pool. The winners of the “I gotta go!” creative writing contest and the random drawing will be announced live in late May.
Written “I Gotta Go” entries are due by May 15.
