Thank you for writing this, @marylewis! There are so many wonderful gems in your article, including the reference to the protein calculator. As myositis patients, we need to move our muscles in whatever ways we can and this reinforces our Get Moving campaign. This is an opportunity to empower ourselves to advocate, find movement that will work for us, and ensure we are meeting nutritional protein needs to help maintain and build muscle. Great article!
