Due to COVID production and supply issues at the close of the campaign Custom Ink may contact you if a size/color combination is temporarily unavailable to do a substitution of a similar color. This is completely out of our control and MSU has worked with Custom Ink to try to pick styles that will be the least likely to have this occur. If that happens, please keep the spirit of our campaigns in mind and consider being flexible, as we know our members always are!! Let’s make this a great campaign!

#MyoRainbow

Available in a Hoodie, Sport-Tek Raglan, Women’s Raglan, and Various T-shirt Colors

The rainbow has several meanings. To some, the rainbow symbolizes hope after a storm. To the LGBTQIA+ community, the rainbow symbolizes pride. To others, the rainbow symbolizes the breathtaking beauty of nature.

To MSU, the rainbow symbolizes the power of unity as all of the formative forces and colors organically come together to make such an inspirational masterpiece in the sky.

MSU’s Awareness theme this year is “MSU helps you see the forest, as well as the trees!”

At MSU, we take pride in being known as the “heart of the myositis community.” And will continue to work towards protecting and serving our naturally diverse community through support groups, video support sessions, financial assistance and community-based advocacy programs that are consciously designed to equitably support and protect the lived experiences of the people of the myositis community.

By purchasing a #MYORainbow T-shirt, you join the collective effort in supporting MSU.

#MyoHeartsandMinds

Available in Hoodies, Raglan, Women’s Raglan, and Various T-shirt Colors

In 2019, the MSU Myositis Warrior/Muscle T-Shirt Campaign was one of our most successful t-shirt fundraisers. This year, MSU has decided to offer a design that symbolizes the internal warrior strength that myositis brings out in all of us.

While our muscles may not always do as we want them to, our hearts and minds remain strong and resilient. The medical complexity of having a rare condition like myositis results in the revealing of our mental strength, inner courage, and powerful heart.

Myositis has brought us together and united all of us in such a supportive manner that loving strength pulses through the MSU community, proving that extra boost to get through the harder parts of myositis.

MSU’s Awareness theme this year is “MSU helps you see the forest, as well as the trees!”
At MSU, we take pride in being community-based. We know the myositis experience and we are in this together.

By purchasing a #MYOHeartsand Minds T-shirt, you join the collective effort in supporting MSU and celebrating the strength within all of us.

#MYOForest

Available in a Hoodie, Raglan, Women’s Raglan, and Various T-shirt Colors

MSU helps people with myositis see the forest (i.e. support, community, resources, etc.), not just stand idle amongst the trees (i.e. symptoms, doctor appointments, daily disease-specific struggles of living with myositis, etc.).

Like a forest, MSU is a vast network of members, complete with an array of community-based programs designed to offer equitable financial assistance and resource distribution, diverse relationships with experts, guidance, and more.

MSU’s Awareness theme this year is “MSU helps you see the forest, as well as the trees!”
At MSU, we take pride in being community-based and consciously inclusive. We are a team that knows the myositis experience and as a result understand how important it is that people living with myositis never feel alone.

By purchasing #MYOForest apparel, you join the collective effort in supporting MSU and celebrating the strength within all of us.

Now is a great time to start building your fundraising team!

We introduced team fundraising last year for the 2nd Annual Myositis Empower Walk (coming this year again in September!) and it’s a lot of fun. Now is a great time to start building your team. Reach out to family and friends to host your own fundraiser for MSU. Think big! We will remind you again soon. : )
